Young 1.87m-Tall Influencer Woman Weighs Just 37kg

This is the young influencer who weighs just 37 kilogrammes for her 1.87-metre height and who admitted at one point “I understand that I’m going to die, but I can’t stop.”

Now taking steps to reverse course, she has decided to share her story to warn others.

Influencer Anastasia Frantenko, 27, from Buryatia, in Russia’s eastern Siberia was looking for the perfect figure and admitted she did not eat for 105 days at one point.

Anastasia, who has over 10,000 followers on Instagram, weighs just 37 kilogrammes (81.5 lbs) and is 187 centimetres (6.13 feet) tall, according to local media.

She told local media that a few weeks ago, she felt like “every day is like the last, I thought that tomorrow I wouldn’t wake up.”

The Siberian woman said she did not notice her massive weight loss at first as it took place over a number of years, with her replacing solid foods with a diet of coffee, water and energy drinks.

Despite ending up in hospital, Anastasia says that she wants to have a “90-60-90” figure.

She said that she always felt unwell with her drinks-only diet, saying: “On a drinking diet, I always felt unwell: headaches, stomach pains, constant chills and dizziness.”

And this summer, things have reached worrying levels, with the young woman saying: “I did not let go of my pre-syncope state. In the heat, she put on a hat, a jacket and several pairs of trousers, as she was freezing. Hair fell out in clumps, and the skin peeled off and remained on clothes. I suffered from convulsions, swollen veins.

“The pains were such that at night I could not close my eyes. The mental state was also shaky: panic attacks, constant tantrums, mood swings. In the last stages, I already lost weight from stress. I started eating solid foods, but the weight continued to drop. The body simply stopped taking food, which made me constantly sick.”

She explained that her extreme weight loss started after high school when she worked at a children’s camp and the counsellors there mocked her height, leading to her to decide to tighten her waist a little, and then some more.

Anastasia said: “Those who joked, of course, will not remember this now. And they do not suspect what their words led to.”

This is despite her weighing 75 kilogrammes (165 lbs) at the time and having a loving boyfriend who liked her just the way she was.

Due to her weight obsession, Anastasia said her relationship eventually cooled and they broke up.

Her first stint in hospital was in 2022 when she weighed just 46 kilogrammes (101 lbs).

She said: “I used to understand that something was wrong with me, but I was sure that anorexia is when a person is extremely exhausted. In fact, the disease originates in the head long before that. Everything else is a consequence.”

Anastasia then asked her relatives for help and has since moved back home.

She now allows herself to eat whatever she wants all the while knowing that her recovery will take years.

Anastasia is now also followed by mental health experts and has decided to share her story to warn others, saying: “To die because of the ‘ideal body’ is very stupid.”

She added: “Show off your creativity, develop your talents. Do not hold yourself to silly standards, we are all different.

“Otherwise this life would be boring. I would also like to wish people to be more attentive to their loved ones and stop judging people by their appearance.

“Stop teasing and insulting, not knowing other people’s internal problems. Just be kinder!”
