Russian cops are investigating after a stunning influencer and singer was given a blue flashing light escort after a concert to the airport so she could fly to her next venue.

Anet Sai, 25, who has nearly one million subscribers on Instagram, even boasted to followers about how she used a police car as a taxi in the Volgograd region of Russia.

She filmed how she jumped into a car with flashing lights after her concert in the region and rushed through traffic jams and red traffic lights to reach her plane to take her to the next concert.

In the video, Anet is even seen putting on the hat from the uniform of the Volgograd police officers and delights in the fact that she can now travel “without traffic jams”.

She said: “I’m late after the concert, and they arranged a car with flashing lights so that we can drive very quickly.”

The footage shows that she is indeed apparently using the emergency lights and siren in order to get through the traffic, and the singer herself at one point says: “We really drive through everyone, we drive through traffic jams.”

The video ends with Anet revealing that they made it to the airport with time to spare and are already on the plane.

The video went viral a short while later and it was seen by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and sparking an official investigation for the movement of a civilian in an official car.

Investigators want to know who is to blame for turning an official vehicle into a commercial service.

The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Volgograd Region in response to the criticism said: “The head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Volgograd Region, Major General of Police D. Yu. Velmozhko, has appointed an internal audit in connection with the publication on the Internet of a video in which civilians move as passengers in an official car of the State Traffic Inspectorate”

The press service of the Main Directorate Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Volgograd region added: “Based on its results, a fundamental assessment will be given to the actions of employees and their leaders.”

Subscribers of Anet Sai immediately attacked the representatives of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Volgograd region over the use of a police vehicle as a taxi.

But there was also criticism of the singer, who later deleted the video.
