This is the moment an arrogant restaurant worker beats up his female colleague when he feels she is not working hard enough in the kitchen.

The incident took place at the Dodo Pizza establishment in the town of Tikhvin, in the region of Leningrad, in Russia, recently.

In the footage, the unnamed male kitchen worker can be seen strangling his female kitchen worker colleague and hitting her reportedly on a stove.

The man continues to punch the unnamed victim with his fist at least twice, saying: “I’ll kill you!”

Another female kitchen worker who witnessed the assault fled the scene.

The man later left the scene, taking off his apron, while the victim picked herself up off the floor.

The restaurant confirmed to local media that he was fired as a result.

The assault took place because they could not agree on their respective duties due to a high volume of orders that day, according to reports.

The victim reportedly carried on and completed her work that day and then reported the incident to the police.

The man had not been arrested at the time of writing.
