Russia has said that it has hit Ukrainian positions with missiles fired from a Ka-52M combat helicopter.

The video reportedly shows a Russian helicopter taking off from an unidentified location. It flies low over rural terrain before launching an attack. The targets are not clearly visible, but the footage appears to depict an attack on Ukrainian territory.

The images then cut to scenes of smoke and explosions on the battlefield, apparently where the Russian helicopter’s rockets hit.

The images were obtained from the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) on Thursday 16th May, along with a statement claiming:”‘Alligator’ again returned with prey.
